I’m actually eliminating dairy from my diet, too! I’m 100% that I’m lactose intolerant so yeah quitting it is helping this far. I love cheese though 😭

I too quit dairy! It was so difficult at first because I love dairy so freaking much 😭 but I'm determined to see results and I must say it helped so much. I'm having less and less acne than before. I was able to control my cravings knowing that it will be for the better. I started by transitioning to Soy Milk. I'm excited to try more plant based milks! Will be quitting fast food soon!

the moment i stopped dairy and eat more fruits and vegetables (less to no processed food) my skin improved dramatically however the moment i eat or drink dairy or coffee my skin would react immediately its crazy!!!!!!!

Yes! After so many years I finally found out what was causing my acne- diary 😢 I put cheese on almost everything, it’s been a big lifestyle change because cheese, milk- these were my go-to items! But now, I’m glad that I know and my face is clearer because of it!

You inspired me to quit dairy and my skin cleared almost immediately and stayed clear. I relapsed with some chocolate recently and my skin broke out again. Safe to say I won’t be going back to dairy.

This is SO interesting! I've never had a particular dietary issue with dairy but for the last couple of months I've just subconsciously stopped drinking milk, having that much yogurt and all that and I've felt SO much better skin-wise, digestive-wise... Maybe it's not all that random! 😅

This video was made for me. I loveeeeeeeeeeee dairy!!!! Buttttttt my body is all of a sudden rejecting it making me lactose intolerant, so I'm sure this has been the issue with my acne all along. Apparently, in the upper 20's, it is very common for upper females to become lactose intolerant. Thanks for the video with the tips on how to switch. It is 100% a huge lifestyle change. I relate with the love of alfredo, cheese, coffee creamer, pizza, etc! So good. Why body why?!!!!

The thing is I’ve also done this “test” on myself and I know cheese causes my acne however, I cannot let it go so I continue to suffer

Sadly is sugar and dairy for me, and its very hard, but, as you said you start to see results in just a couple of days after quitting

This actually works. I stopped drinking milk tea in may 2021 and it took only 20 days not even a month to clear my skin and I was used to getting new acne every week my face was always filled with acne. In my case it's both dairy and sugar that caused acne. I occasionally eat sweets or milk tea and only got 2-3 surface level acne in last 3½ months.

I always had good skin, but after quitting birth control I had many breakouts, mostly on my chin and my cheeks. I struggled with it for at least 2 years. I recently stopped drinking diary or using it in my coffee. I switched to coconut milk. And when I saw your video I recognized, this may be the reason my skin is so much better now. So definitely a recommandation for reducing diary !
