"how far are you going to take me?"
"I want to go all the way"
So many reasons to love this game. Not just the fact that it was an awesome retro remake!

JFC that traffic is moving fast. .___.

Those buses go at least 250km/h

"It appeals to the male fantasy"

I see you guys are impressed with them buses topping 250 km/h, eh?

Well, wait till you realize seagulls are flying at 300 km/h. Sideways.

一般車速すぎwww

This is like a dream, driving a Ferrari flat-out on such beautiful roads with your hot gf sitting on the passenger seat. Great game.

300キロ近くで走っている車を余裕で追い越していく渡り鳥がすげえなw

seagulls keeping up with 290km/h cars
now that is impressive

This makes me wonder, if there was a sequel, what levels could they add without looking too preposterous.

I miss Outrun! I still think it's one of my most memorable games.

This. Is. My. Childhood.

I only meant to watch for 30 seconds to see how they'd done the music, but I am so awful at racing games and this is done so well, I stayed the whole way. LIKE.

I love that the geese overtake you at 293 Km/H

Excellent game for only 703 MB which you download in a sec. Just like Ford Racing series. Small number of MBs, big fun. Love the music too, you have 80's/90's classic Outrun games soundtrack and there are new remixes of the old tracks plus songs from singer Donna Burke. I only have one question though: what is Sign In for? Is it for Online playing or something else?

One of the most visually impressive games for the ps2. It's incredible this was released in 2006 for the ps2

Just bought this game today for 3 euros! Great memories will be relived :)

レジャー感覚のＯｕｔＲｕｎというより、ほとんどＦ１レースみたいな速度

OK, a bit of Fridge Logic here. How come there is traffic in the race when there are what appears to be official checkpoints? If the race was not official and illegal. Then shouldn't the drivers report the checkpoints to the police? And if it was legal, wouldn't they close off the roads? That would cause devastation to the economy. My guess is that it is a car marathon, which even includes MPV's. Can someone explain this?
