元々CAさんの仕事の完璧さやきめ細やかな所作に身をひきしめられる思いでしたが、この動画で尚更「凄く過酷な仕事なのにあの笑顔で仕事を出来るのは凄いな」と思いました。
と思って調べたら、JALのCAさんは7,000人もいるんですね。
チーフはCAとはまた(チーフもCAですが)視座や考えていること心掛けていることが違うと思うので！！
