the heat would damage the seal. why not use a press to press the bearing in? or but the bearing into freezer and drop it in when its cold?

I have to tackled oil leaking from a rear wheel, so it was useful to watch this. I'm hoping it's only the paper gasket 😊, but if I need to replace the seal, this is really helpful to watch.

I manufacture a special ,fully machined steel socket to fit these octagon 1 61/64’’ AF nuts . Hand made by myself. They fit the nut perfectly and are machined with an external 1 1/4’’ AF hex . For the use of a standard socket fitted to a torque wrench socket .

Do not work off a cheap harbor freight jack, please add a Jack Stand! I hope I am wrong in my assumption and you do have another support on the car which is out of view. Thank you for showing your work it is very helpful. Stay Safe.
