Great retrospective of the Cookie Run franchise. Oh and I love the avatar, glad you are finding your place in the community Common Cookie

as someone who's in the ovenbreak community for years, I can assure you once you get to a higher level the things you do and the small details you need to plan out just to barely edge ahead of your opponent can get intense...

Common cookie VTuber???

I hesitate to even call Ovenbreak an endless runner as the only mode that is endless until you get hit is Rainbow Mine which you need a key from Grand Champions League to play every 3-4 months, and few people get those. I refer to it as a "finite runner" since Oven Games has done some incredible stuff in the 5 years I've been playing to differentiate itself from crappy RNG generated endless runners with handmade stages and introducing TONS of clever ways of making new surprising challenging gameplay for a game with only two buttons. I basically dropped speedrunning to play CROB since it gives me a similar challenge to running NES games.

Common cookie thinks captain ice cookie is a man😭

Alright, so, you asked for feedback. My main takeaway is I really think you could use a script. This is just my hypothesis, but your style of commentary feels rather podcast-like, seeing the use of the word “like” very frequently along with your points being repeated/rehashed with slightly changed phrasing. Personally speaking, I would probably have titled this video “Reviewing Every Cookie Run Game” or “My Thoughts On Every Cookie Run Game” because there are games you could not play, such as Cookie Wars and Darkest Night. As a final critique, I think the amount of cookie/baking related quips detracted from your commentary at times.

All that said, this is the first Cookie Vtuber Model I’ve seen, which is really neat, and your editing is smooth.

Genuinely thought about making a video looking over all the games myself, but it’s such a huge undertaking. So pat yourself on the back for getting this video finished.

Ovenbreak (2016) Is the version today. There are other games older then it.

Big thanks to the day ones who inspire me to keep creating content and improving video after video.🍪 Fresh out the Oven !

As an ovenbreak player the gameplay psychically hurt me

that cookie run ovenbreak gameplay is hurting me

Kakao, Line and (og)Ovenbreak are would like to have a talk

Also, Puzzle world hasn’t been updated in 2-3 years. It has been completely dropped and basically replaced by Witches Castle.

11:55 Cookie Run Kingdom is a great game but I’d deduct a cookie because of how large the game is when some people (including me) have mobile devices that don’t have enough storage space for it and don’t have the money to get a new device with more storage

Honestly in my opinion in the cookie run tower game I’m really happy with it . I honestly like that it’s a bit grindy because you get to actually experience the game . I would give it 5 out of 5 cookies

As a player of Tower of Adventures who joined during their 1st anniversary update, I was shocked to find out they removed ads completely, I was used to Ovenbreak where theres around 4-5 optional ads you can watch each day and was super confused to find out ToA had no ads whatsoever
Interesting to learn how it used to be a worse grind with ads to skip some of it, I do hope they eventually add an ad system similar to Ovenbreak so I can support the game as a F2P

Cookie wars is just the battle cats and clash Royale if they had a child

I’ve actually long time player, and the hit demographic. Downloading the Oven Break in 2017, when I was like 6 or 7. Back then there were only like, 30 epics cookies? I wanna say 6 legendaries. And I don’t think they added any new rare or and common cookies. Game kept me entertained for childhood, endless, somewhat difficult, gacha, and visible progression. The story and relationships of the cookies were nice touch.

I do Remeber Cookie Wars, it stuck out for me because it had a different vibe from Oven break, never downloaded. Like 2 or 3 years later, I wondered what the game was like and saw that it has been forever deleted

I never downloaded cookie puzzle world, I think was 10 or 11 when it came out. It just seemed like candy crush but with cookies. I never liked candy crushed as a kid so I never bothered with it. Could give it a try.

Cookie run kingdom, I was still pretty dumb and had multiple accounts. I was probably in middle school when it came out, I think I was 6th grade. First guest account was nothing special, played for a bit before deleting it. Half a year later I restarted it, I think the Ice Queen Cookie just came out. Progression was a lot faster but nothing insane. My newest account, actually tied to my Devsister’s account so I won’t lose it. Progression has really changed. I got 3 legendaries and 2 ancients  in the first two days. And by the fourth day I got Mystic Flour Cookie. Loved the game, love decorating, and exploring. But I tend to become bored with the meta and gacha.

I don’t think I could’ve learned about the Vr game

Witches castle looks good, I never heard of it, maybe I mistook it for puzzle world, but hey, it’s had Ginger Bright and Skater Cookie, that’s a 10 out of 10 for common representation

I’ve definitely heard of this game. Never downloaded it because of all the talk of the grind. I mean, I deleted CRK because I didn’t like grinding gems, I definitely won’t like this.

Oven smash sounds fun but I’m scared of power creep.

With the tower of adventure, i agreed with you. The material that i need for one cookie is abysmal, and they need to make the tickets for the fast forward a lot, not just 5 daily.

So far the game is good, i hope red velvet cookie added hehe. And cool cookie vtuber!

🤩Your soooo cuteeeee🤩
✨Very demure✨
✨Very cutesy✨
✨Very ethical✨
✨Very professional✨

Im glad to say tower of adventures has seemingly been stripped off all the ads. I can’t tell you the last time I watched an ad in that game. Maybe a topic worth revisiting now that the first anniversary has passed

I got into cookie run kingdom around when Prune Juice and the others came out and what got me into it was I actually saw someone upload the intro cutscene where they fight dark enchantress and I remeber thinking "why the hell are cookies engaged in an anime death battle?" and this franchise has sunk  its claws into me ever sense. this is a really great history video. (Also that cookie vtube model is so cute!)
