I watch this the way a sheep would watch an opera

Love how Hikaru felt disrespected that the bot didn't crush him and blundered into that loss 😂

Bot play e4, Hikaru: "yeah there's nothing I can do here, I'm just gonna resign"

I like to watch these videos pretending that I know anything.

Stockfish thinks he’s Hikaru

The way he felt playing vs Level 8 is how I feel on every game.

It’s funny how any 1 move at level 8 goes from totally fine to completely lost

game didn't even start.
hikaru: i really doesn't like my position here...

2026 world champion. GM Hikaru Nakamura. We will be there.

Level 7: Plays like a super GM, and then blunders at the end game like a noob. Typical Chess Bot...

@armaanmehanger4154 10 months ago

Just want to clarify this is no where close to full power Stockfish

@mikegrt4058 9 months ago

3 moves into his first game at Level 7: "We're already in a very dangerous spot here." 😆😆

@Krzysztof-f9e1m 10 months ago

20:35 "I don't see any instant loss" 20:44 "Oh right I'm gonna resign" :D

@Badjazy 10 months ago

makes 1 move against level 8: Nothing to be done its completely lost now.

Does anybody else sometimes dream of having the power of stockfish irl and just randomly show up to places and crush anybody in chess? Then you wake up and realise you are 500 rated and eat cold broccoli as punishment.

27:06 this is a strategy to beat bots that are programmed to be “slightly worse”. I beat a 2000 elo bot once that I had no business beating by doing the same thing - playing a bunch of checks at a pivotal point in the game where it made one error that I could capitalize on. I think the engine is basically like “ok I need to play an inaccuracy every 10 moves” and as humans we can solve endgames and make no mistakes but the bot doesn’t see it like that lol. If someone that has a greater understanding of the bots/chess engines wants to correct me, please do!
