I started Dr. Ellie's mouthcare system several months ago. Her system has saved my life. I will literally use her system for the rest of my life. We need our teeth to eat!

So many people are giving positive feedback because it works. After 4 months using Dr Ellie's regimen I went to my Dentist. The hygienist found no plaque. It's now been one year and my teeth look and feel great.

I've been using Dr. Ellie's protocol for 11 months now and I couldn't be happier with the results. My teeth were becoming virtually translucent and I had random tooth pain that migrated. My teeth are now completely remineralized, white, strong and shiny. I have no more tooth pain. For the first time in my life, I have confidence in the health of my teeth and gums. I'm forever grateful to her for her knowledge and for tirelessly sharing it. PS, I threw away my floss and waterpik, and electric toothbrush. I will never look back.

Thank you for taking the time to review Dr. Ellie's system. I found Dr. Ellie on Youtube after my hygienist found two tooth pockets. I felt alarmed by it, and as I've always hated flossing, I decided to buy the best WaterPik I could get. After using it with very warm, but not hot water, I then use Dr. Ellie's system. I do this twice a day. After about six months, my hygienist said my tooth pockets were shrinking. After one year, both are gone, and at my last visit, she said I had no plaque. I'm 70 years old. I guess I'll continue with it, unless I develop some sort of problem.

I have used Dr Ellie system for over a year. No flossing! My dental exams have been amazing!! I am 79 years old and this is the first time I’ve ever had an exam with no cavities and easy cleaning that didn’t hurt!! This works!!

She DOES tell people, that if they are getting stuff between their teeth, they need to floss.

Dr. Ellie Phillip’s resume is extensive and impressive. I’ll take her word over a Dental Hygienist YouTuber’s any day of the week. Her program has literally turned my mouth health around as it has for countless others based on all the positive testimonies that are written. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I’ll continue to recommend her complete mouthcare system to all my friends and family because it works.

Dr. Ellie’s system is absolutely fantastic. I wouldn’t do anything else. Thank you Dr. Ellie.

I have been using Dr Ellies routine for almost 2 years. My teeth are whiter and my mouth feels so good! I notived my hygienist was scraping less and less tarter and on my last visit she said my teeth are looking so much healthier and she asked what I was doing! I love that the products are easily obtainable and affordable!

I have NEVER specified a time - and I do tell you to brush your teeth.
I also no longer suggest diluting the Listerine....and again the wrong ACT.
Also, if you want my opinion - you need more xylitol and more mouth resting.....

I used to believe I had "bad teeth"—something I just inherited. But thanks to Dr. Ellie, I’ve completely changed my perspective! For the past seven months, I’ve been using xylitol throughout the day, and the results have been amazing: no plaque, no morning breath, and my dentist can’t stop complimenting my teeth and gums.

With xylitol, proper brushing technique, and giving my mouth long breaks between meals and drinks, I now enjoy smooth, white, healthy teeth. It’s a total game-changer!

Why would any reasonable person think that two weeks would make a difference?

It works! Fantastic program. She has been an absolute godsend. My teeth and gums look healthy and pink. My teeth are so white ❤

I am old and lost hope for my teeth since a bunch of fillings in childhood. Recently I started Dr. Ellie's system. I saw a difference after about 3 days! It's been a few weeks and pieces of plaque have fallen off, and my teeth are remineralizing! My receeded gums are starting to poke up. Dr. Ellie says the more you floss, the more you need to floss, so I'm sure you have created spaces that attract food and plaque, and your cleaning disrupted your biofilm, so it may take longer than two weeks to grow back. But whatever works for you, great, and this is working for me great! I'm so happy about my teeth, they are less stained and more shiny and look stronger, and I really can't remember ever feeling this way. I see a cavity growing smaller too, and I am thankful. Dr. Ellie says she has a new partner to help her develop the same products, but without the chemicals and colorings etc. that we don't want, and they should be out by the end of the year. The more natural products, nano etc., did not work for me, and Dr. Ellie says the baking soda and peroxide I was using caused gum recession. Also clove oil probably killed a nerve root, so watch out for things you think are natural. I'm sticking with Dr. Ellie! It's the first thing in 60 years that has really worked!

Imagine having a career as a dentist spanning 50 years, starting in Sweden, then working in the UK and finally the US leaving you with a well rounded view of different dentistry practices (preventative ideology from Sweden / aggressive ideology from UK and US) which you took to make a complete program with those 50 years of knowledge, all for someone who started their career only in 2010 and has a one-sides American view of dentistry come along and crap all over it because she doesn’t like fluoride and can’t get over the idea of not flossing. Someone needs to take several seats.

I use Dr. Ellie’s program and it works. My gums stopped bleeding, my plaque was gone, and my mouth feels cleaner.

@HarryPalmer-v7d 1 year ago

I have been using Xylitol for over 2 years, and it's really deplaque my teeth. I don't floss as I broke a tooth when the floss got caught. Dr Ellie has many qualifications and much experience.

I've done Ellie's system for 2 years after reading her two books. I'm 74 years old, have bad teeth and gums, lots of gum recession and bone loss and once had a tooth "fall out" due to massive recession. So I was a hard case, so to speak. Results after 2 years are not perfect teeth and gums but MUCH better, in these ways: no more sensitivity to hot and cold, solid reports at my semi-annual cleanings; no new cavities, no bleeding, etc; virtually no tooth discomfort anymore. Due to the recession, I've modified her program and use the water pic daily, with diluted listerine. I do occasionally floss, but very carefully to avoid damaging fresh gum re-growth.

Dr. Ellie's program has been a miracle for me. What you may not be considering is the outstanding results after 3 plus months. My teeth at 73 have never been whiter, and my gums more healthy. I'm glad to see all the support in the comments for her dental program.
