It’s mom’s fault. He ran away once and instead of letting him go she came back and grabbed him and he immediately clings. I think she doesn’t want him to get any food they throw so she keeps him close and he clings.

She didn’t wean him that seriously because he got twice as big as what he is here and he then ran the show, domineering over her. That’s what she gets for babying him at every turn.he grew into an only bigger domineering brat, jumping on her back,humping her and not taking no for an answer, she lost all control.
