Cults to Consciousness

Jaden Jeffs was born into the polygamous offshoot of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where his father would become the Prophet. Jaden takes us inside the mind of his father, Warren Jeffs, and gives us insight into his increasingly twisted “revelations” from prison. Watch our initial interview where Jaden talks about his childhood and early adult years following orders from his father that would eventually push him over the edge.

Without the context this sounds so crazy: „oh he only had 54 kids“ 😅

Considering how recently he has left it's surprising how deeply he reflects on his experiences and how he sees through the scam. A lot of it sounds even crazier than some other already zany cults. It's a miracle he has kept his sanity and chipper personality.

Warren not being able to come out of his delusions because then he wouldn't be able to live with himself is such an interesting perspective, and it makes so much sense!

Jaden is wise but he still has an innocence and sweetness about him. I love his sense of humor. I’m so glad he is out! He will do well with the rest of his life.

I'm glad your mom got out, it's gotta be so hard having your entire life change and figure out survival on the "outside "

@RachelD9311 2 months ago

I’m so glad to hear that you and your mother are out and remain close. Thank you for sharing your experiences!

Jaden is such a cute silly guy! I'm glad he's healing and learning. I can tell he still cares deeply about the community he survived

I have so much empathy for Jaden, in his yearning for his sisters—especially when you understand conditions like fumarase deficiency and other recessive genetic risks, and how deeply they can affect families in closely related communities.

Fascinating interview. Jaden is delightful and pleasantly honest.

Never stop telling your story, Jaden. You are a bright light!

The Achilles heel question was my favorite. ❤

Jaden is nice to listen to. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders. Very honest. emotionally, intelligent, and has a huge heart. I hope if he does go through hard times he knows it's fleeting.❤

He has such an incredible personality despite all he’s been through. I’m truly impressed with the resilience the survivors show

I misheard something Shelise said and now I can only think that there should be an Mormonism-leaving non-profit called "Non-Prophet"

We're all proud of you, Jayden! Good gift giving, brother 🤟

I'm glad. Warren Jeff's 's said that there is no intimate relationship between married couples and no one's allowed to get married. That way. No more children will be born into this cult. Prayerfully it will fizzle out. I think the man is demon-possessed!
