2017 Grian: Diagonal Houses tutorial
2020 Grian: I want to learn to build Diagonally!

Oh hey, he took this to an extreme in hermitcraft

Me: ah finally I'm done with my new minecraft house!
sees grian's buildings
Me:IM SO ASHAMED OF MY HOUSE!

Diagonal Houses seem to be naturally over detailed...

I've always wondered how to make a successful diagonal house and this tutorial helped! I love the houses that you made! Now I really want to try out this on Minecraft! Thanks, Grian!

Who else thinks grians voice is relaxing

Dear Grian,

For whatever reason, every time I eat Cinnabon cereal, I just have to see your content. Build the cereal if you like.

Sincerely,
Me

"It doesn't look terrible BUT it does look like a massively repeated pattern...."

What, you mean like an actual roof? haha

I think Grian is TOO GOOD at building

Mumbo and Grian uploading in sync... Neat day today

Although this video is different from your normal tutorials using replay mod, this is one of my favorite tutorial from you, can't wait to work on some diagonal houses myself for a new project of mine!

I've got an idea, we always say that the default minecraft structures should be improved by builers like Grian, but the problem is that he uses different ressources and more ressources, which would make it easier for the player in survival, so I suggest you try and remake the default structures with the exact same materials !
I'd like to see you remake the default villages with the exact same quantity and exact same blocks (or maybe equivalents in value) The buildings must be seperate as well, because they're randomly generated
The ocean temple would be a nice thing to remake as well ^^

I've tried these and they are super hard. Thank you so much Grian, I am currently building a city right now, and I needed a house like this :D

Wow, no one's ever uploaded a decent tutorial on this. Thanks Grian.

Me building a straight house: Ehh I can do it mindlessly in an hour or so

Me building diagonally: This is torture in the name of aesthetics. I am actively loosing braincells by always misplacing a block and struggling to align everything, but it looks cool so I’m gonna put myself through it multiple times.

It's never actually occurred to me to build diagonally. I love this. What a neat idea!

I have always tried to avoid building diagonaly but this video has made me want to experiment with future builds. Thanks Grian.

Grian needs to see this video

Please do a transformation the the Dungeon and Stronghold!

I personally don't like diagonal houses, but this is a grian video, so why not?
