I really like these videos. It helps get an idea of square footage and location!

The first unit is AMAZING, WOW the view is beautiful.

My least favorite, by far was the carpeted unit. There wasn't anything about it I liked, dismal is the word I'd use. The first two were great. 👍

Aww poor Louie, I hope he’s feeling better! I liked the 1st one, the view is amazing. The 3rd one needs a major update lol. I love your apartment tour videos, thanks Caira!! 🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i would love to see some "lofts" that have the split level where your bed goes at the top! those are my favorite types but i don't see them very much in chicago :,)

I just saw you in the trader joes but I was too star struck to say hi I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS

Loved the last!

Fully carpeted unit could be transformed with rental friendly changes but some of the carpet would have to go. I think there is a way to lay vinyl planks on top of carpet

i rent in a loft style building in river west… and i love everything about it (except for how much i unwillingly know about my upstairs neighbor LOL)

Love the first one! It would definitely be my choice.

The last apt and fully carpeted apartments were trash for the price. Small, cramped space and then dated for the carpeted unit.

How do you all afford rents that high? I’m in Washington about 80 miles south of Seattle ( more in the country)  and rents and houses are expensive but around 1400 and up. It just mind boggling to me that you all pay that much for a 1 bedroom!  I do like watching your videos though! It’s pretty cool to see how city folks live! I was born and raised in Illinois but never visited Chicago. So I like seeing what Chicago is like :)

I really like loft

I'm laughing at your comment about coat closets.

Does anyone know the name of the apartment building the first unit was shown in?

OMGGG i LOVEE APT 1 so much! I'm planning to move to Chicago and this is the exact apartment I would want to have! (btw anyone know the name of the apartment?)

I would love to buy or rent a loft home/apartment ❤💙

I LOVE BATHTUB SHOW Them, Thank you.

The first one was my favorite. It, the second, and the third are wonderful for couples. They could split the rent. The last one would be better for a single person. And space is overrated. People think having a big place is terrific, then they move in and, after a month, realize how much maintenance is needed. Unless a person throws parties, the last one could be kept, spotless, with 90 minutes of work / month. Also, I would like to have carpet. It feels cozier in the winter. I live in Toronto, and many places have marble or hardwood floors, then huge glass windows. They feel so cold in the winter. Furthermore, it is good that Caira mentioned the neighborhood being walkable. Chicago is awesome to walk around: dazzling skyscrapers and a river. Regrettably, many places in The USA and Canada are not walkable. Lastly, the units were in River North. River North is not a dangerous area, and most of Chicago is safe. Tragically, there was a shooting that killed people in River North recently. One shooting does not define a neighborhood. Innocent people have been killed in gang shootings in Toronto, but we have a safe city.

I didnt see a proper living room in any of these places. Seem almost like studio apt. Chicago really waste a lot of space imo
