The streets of Metro Manila become almost unrecognizable as floodwater rises dramatically following intense rainfall. This immersive 4K walk documents the flooded roads, surrounding homes, local activity, and the remarkable scenes unfolding at street level.
Instead of seeing the flooding from a distance, this journey takes you directly into the affected streets and communities. Watch how ordinary surroundings change when extreme weather takes over the city.
