Hello, I'm a 72yr old grocery store retiree. I like your plant based  channel ShaKayla. This will help me get organized. The food industry is killing folks! Thank you so much for the free food planner.

Excellent presentation. I'm a 3 year plant based eater, 85 almost 86 year old in great health. I'll be watching you. Thanks❤❤❤

Onions, garlic, and bell pepper. I called them my holy Trinity of cooking.

Here just to add more plant based meals in my diet. Who knows one day i may go plant based 100%. This grocery list looks great!

I've been a vegan for 13 years. My must have items, berries, bananas, beans, oats, nuts, seeds, Water, avocado, green onions, lemons and limes, and TOFU.

we need that skin care sis, your skin is looking flawless

Sister, you are beautiful. I came here just to leave this comment. I watched one of your videos last week and now I see you in my recommendations every time I open YouTube. It brings me such joy to see your radiant smile. Your husband hit the jackpot. I pray that you both are happy and healthy, and will enjoy many years of prosperity together. Peace and blessings to you.

My daughter is vegan/vegetarian and your tips are really helpful for me as I try to add to my repertoire of dishes I can make for her.

What impresses me is that her plant based diet could not possibly be boring.  I would love to eat at her house.  😊

Hi Shakayla , I’m Phyllis, I’m 54 years young and I am just starting my plant based journey and I’m on YouTube trying to get a fill of what I can do and I come across your channel and girl I subscribe I love your content . Thank you so much

Long term vegan here.  I'd suggest you compare the ingredients and processing of TVP vs Butler Soy Curls.  I think you'll find the soy curls are a "cleaner" product in both what they contain and how they are processed.
I always keep frozen broccoli, edamame, cauliflower, and dino kale on hand.  I did discover the latter can be easily washed, dried, chopped and frozen without blanching and will keep frozen up to 6 months.  I freeze my own as I don't like thick stems in my kale. So easy to grab a handful and add to whatever I'm cooking.
I really like the barilla high protein, plant based pastas. (yellow pkg).  The price is great.

Really great, down to earth list. Thanks for educating us!

Wow! I'm working on becoming 90% plant-based because I don't think I can give up butter and a few other foods, but this list will help me tremendously.  I saw on one video a suggestion to watch plant-based videos. Thank you for this WONDERFUL video that will absolutely help me move forward and SUSTAIN my goal for a lifestyle of a plant-based diet. Truly appreciate you. God bless you.

Hello!  Great video!  I have been vegan for 8 years and my husband for 7 years.  He struggled with giving up bacon and cheese...but he got through that phase.  Thank you for the additional meal ideas and product / food options! It's amazing once becoming vegan - my food variety and meal choices are endless.

Please consider a one day seminar online! For us who keep falling off the grid!😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 would be so awesome!

The best vegan grocery list ever!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉

I really liked this ! I have been vegan for eight years and this video was very simplistic. Not overwhelming and very straight forward.

I love to cook, but shoot I need you to just cook all of my meals. 😂 Everything always looks so delicious!
