My divorced parents

You can feel Miss Piggy's rage building each time the words "Friends" is pronounced.

I am a child of divorce 😭💚🩷

This is so awkward. Can’t imagine having to do press with an ex and then in turn being asked to talk about the relationship history.

This is extremely intimate...  feel like I'm in a room with my friends who broke up years ago and still aren't over it the way they're talking to each other... both the good and the bad of the relationship still haunting them and I'm just a hapless bystander/pseudo-third wheel to the pressing situationship. helplessly witnessing them avoid talking about the specifics of their relationship.

This is the only press tour I've ever cared about.

For anyone who hasn’t obsessively kept up with the muppets or Kermit and piggy’s tragic breakup, the short and sweet of it is: they broke up in 2015 with the premiere of the Muppet show on ABC (hilarious, highly recommend) but the show was cancelled after one season, which ended on a cliffhanger of if they’d get back together. With how few projects the muppets have had, they’ve been in relationship limbo ever since!

"Friendship"...after 40 years...Kermit, go to therapy.

Pink Goes Good With Green

Get this, they’ve been broken up for almost 11 years

toxic situationship 😂

This is the first time Piggy apologized for karate chopping someone.

"Friends" is a strong word… coworkers with history feels more accurate 💀

I need them to get back together again.

my divorced parents forced to do an interview 😭

I love when the muppets come out of hiding every few years to embark on the funniest press tour you’ve ever seen.

Wait are they still divorced?!!? 😭 I feel like a child of divorce for real 😭

Situationship of the century

It’s like watching an overstimulated, sassy girlfriend and her boyfriend who’s trying to keep it together but deep inside he’s already regretting his life choices but still loves her no matter what.

Shout out for these BTS takes starting at 6:42

For as much grief as Matt Vogel has gotten for not sounding like Jim Henson's Kermit, he really has nailed playing Kermit in every other way. He's nailed the character, his comedic timing, and making him move like Kermit should.
