I propose this story.

Let's combine the fact that Naruto gets the rinnegan (a rare possibility for the Uzumaki) with Hiruzen who explains well what a jinchuriki is to the population.

The council meets to decide what to do with Kumo and the rinnegan. From that moment Naruto will live even better because people have had definitive proof that Naruto is good and now he also has a very powerful bloodline.

With the kidnapper alive Kumo is cornered and can't do anything. Neji is better than the canon one and has a father.

Years later Naruto enters the academy, but is not sabotaged by the teachers. Naruto is much stronger than the canon one. Without the council to hinder him, Hiruzen can help Naruto and they discover what the rinnegan allows. This helps Naruto even more.

The only pissed off person in Konoha is Sasuke because the massacre happened and he is constantly being compared to Itachi and Naruto. Naruto here is a prodigy among prodigies. Sasuke is not at Naruto's level and this pisses him off.

Naruto is not dead last. Kiba ends up on the team with Sasuke and Sakura because Shikamaru and choji are in the mandatory Ino-shika-cho team. Naruto and Sasuke cannot be on the same team. Sasuke is always too aggressive and a cohesive team is really difficult.

Naruto with Hinata and Shino are a great team. Keep in mind that Naruto can summon even without a contract.

Orochimaru attacks Sasuke and marks him, but when he tries with Naruto it goes badly for him because Naruto uses shinra tensei pushing the sannin away and then summons a bird and he and his team leave leaving a pissed off Orochimaru.

Sasuke runs away to go to Orochimaru during the search for Tsunade and so Naruto can't capture him.

Years of training with Jiraiya where Naruto becomes really very powerful and then the akatsuki plan begins. Only Obito and Madara are a real obstacle. Nagato has Madara's rinnegan and is not at Naruto's level. Naruto will also have Sage mode and Kurama as in the canon story. Here Naruto can face Madara on equal terms (no juubi) and Obito is only a problem for Kamui.

Sasuke enters the war, but he is the third wheel. In practice he is the enemy of both the alliance and Obito and Madara. What he wants no one will accept and he wants everyone dead. This forces Hagoromo to not give him power and to fully empower Naruto. In the end Naruto manages to win because he is the most experienced with those powers and rinnegan. Madara got it when he was old and therefore not trained enough even if strong.

Hello Apollo I am requesting again and agian and it a naruto and percy Jackson idea as it reaction movie type in which Olympians gods and demigods react to naruto son of Zeus and hera as well God of sky, strength, justice, and heroes. Who  be like thor and Superman mix and arrived at percy Jackson universe as Zeus with help of athena and Artemis summon naruto after 4th great ninja war and as well naruto created superhero  team like justice League to face and deal with Olympus enemies and monster . ( please read all script and also naruto abilities and power as well his personality and parring reason for parring and make in your own but note yourself don't change naruto abilities and domian as well personality and show naruto abilities in both fighting sence or when naruto had put some in his place like Zeus does with sky and lighting because naruto is Zeus son).

Hey apollo and everyone i have come up with idea thank to apollo's one idea and video what if naruto raised by hera ( it's good one so check it out guys) and my idea is similar that what if naruto transport to mount Olympus in durring kyuubi attack and naruto birth. And riased by zeus and hera and turn in their son and become one of them.
Story title is the rise of king of gods. Or naruto the redemption of hera and zeus
Story goes like this -
In 10 th October during kyuubi attack masked man attack and transport infant naruto by using kamui to mount Olympus as before minato can seal kyuubi in naruto. But results of teleportation and change of universe and put stress in naruto infant body and push him near death and wounded him also.

As in mount Olympus 50 years before canon percy Jackson and currently 2nd world War time when big 3 children cause chaos and destruction as we see in Zeus temple both kings and queens of God's hera and zeus fighting and arguing as hera is in pain after thousands year of betrayal and insults to her pride as goddess of marriage and woman as well Zeus is also guilty and in pain to see his wife heartbroken because of his mistake and fault as their marriage is near breaking end but suddenly a portals open and in came infant child whose name was written in bundle naruto Uzumaki as he was wounded as well lossing his blood and was near death door as seeing this both zeus and hera come near him and hera material insisting see a dying infant child so hera cut her finger and drop her golden blood of gods and her godly energy in infant child wounded and soul to save him and see also tell zeus to do same as this will now make infant naruto their son and as well a full fledge God.

As after saving infant child and realise that revied infant is now their son as their blood and godly energy flow in him as aslo both zeus and hera think it their  second chance and blessing to save their marriage and also a new experience a rise son together properly. As time pass as canon percy Jackson event started but with twist as Zeus weapon master bolt is stole and threat of war between Zeus and Poseidon is looming but after 2 days Zeus and hera was poisoned and assassinated as situation is worse in mount Olympus as chaos is in council as hestia informed that new king will be naruto secret son of zeus and hera as both zeus and hera had tell hestia if anything happened naruto will be next king by order of both zeus and hera. As this was sported by rhea and Poseidon and hades as naruto is crushed in pain and anger because lossing of his parent as next day naruto introduced and become king of gods and Olympus to maintain order in Olympus. As ares and athena question succession of naruto as ares challenge naruto as naruto humilate and ares in his fight and show other Olympian his power and dominance as God of sky, strength, power, and time. As naruto didn't trust anyone aside from hestia and naruto order Poseidon that his father weapon must return by percy Jackson or it will war.
As you can make it in your way but make till Kronos and after gaint and Gaea war as I will mention naruto abilities and powers and personality and also add fighting  and war sence where naruto show case his power by with control of weather such as thunderstorm or tornadoes or hurricane , lighting, wind and also romance sence with either 3 of Artemis, hestia, and athena or both or single one of them.
