One of the best solutions for changing small tires! This tiny tool doesn't cost a bunch, and it really makes taking tires on and off small rims easy as can be!

You have the foot for the bead breaker on backwards.

What a great tutorial. I may have actually looked like I knew what I was doing my first time using it. Thanks!

Liked to see how someone uses this tire changer by putting a tube in the wheel and then setting the beads.

I needed one recently but i did it the hardway. My new tires aired rite up with a small air compressor. Didn't remove valve stem. The bead popped right in with no other assistance. Ill pick one of these up anyways for future use. Works good. Thanks for sharing

You should use soapy water to aid the removal by spraying it around the tire rim. Also there is a valve stem puller available to aid in replacing it rather than use pliers. Good video though, thanks!

What nobody mentions is that a Troy Bilt/MTD rear wheel that is locked i.e. doesn't use a long keyway but has a locked hub/axle, this rear tire/wheel will not fit on this threaded shaft in the kit.

Bead breaker needs to be flipped around. You don't run it against your rim or you scrape all the paint off.

I really like all your tips. Examples: Clean and inspect the tire, clean rim (even though you didn't mention it, check the rim for weld splatter, sharp bits, rust, etc.) using a lube to protect the tire beads from damage, using proper tools for the job (not screwdrivers). I'm not a fan of the Pittsburgh mini tire changer. However, you have done the best demonstration I've seen. The most important part was to make it solid. One tip—it's something I always do—is to paint the inside of the rim with gloss paint (any color no one ever sees it). It prevents rust and helps seal the beads. Once again, GOOD JOB!

Should do this on a brand new tire show them it’s not as easy as the one you did here !

Would have worked much better if you would have used all the spacers in the kit and tightened the red 'nut' fully down to the shaft. Watch the other reviewer of this changer on YouTube.
