Almost 4 years ago I asked Mikey to do a video with me where we picked two random Pokemon and then raced to find them in Pokemon Yellow. That video ended up being the first of many challenges we did together even before the first two JMC seasons and I can't express how special it is to be able to recreate that experience in the newest Pokemon game. Thank you so much for 1 million subscribers, it is an unbelievable milestone but not the end of this journey. So much to look forward to in the future and maybe even another season of your favorite show sooner then you'd expect!

I cannot believe you interrupted my shiny AGAIN

The fact that John had a shiny Drowzee as his only team member and didn't black out was crazy. You'd think that for his 1 million special, he'd have a shiny frog team

“Michael: I FOUND A SHIN- John: So let me tell you about this cool new Bubby Plush!”

I loved all of the "We pick random pokemon and race to find them" videos so this was such a throwback! Congrats on 1 million, John!

Pokémon the two were hunting:
1. Magikarp (FEESH)
2. Sudowoodo (the fraudulent tree, so many shinies)
3. Wingull (John Michael Wingull)
4. Arceus (ARKOOS! The Godfish)
5. Reshiram (Caw caw Imma Reshiram, plus their first encounter wormhole shinies)
6. Skrelp (Mikey's shiny interrupted by product placement)
7. Sandygast (Will John ever remember it?)
8. Eternatus (BEEG FEESH that couldn't be captured in Eternamax form)
9. Sandy Shocks (Sandy Cheeks)

Edited to add fraudulent tree and the elusive Eternamax Eternatus, and the Reshiram that nearly got Mikey to spittake on camera and apparently jumpscared John the same way

The hilarity of John saying Eternatus is a fish when Mikey was in the water-

15:47 - We’re not going to talk about that Slowpoke? 😂😂

NICE. A celebratory race featuring a prime selection of John Michael in-joke Pokemon. 😂

Hearing Mikey call Arceus "The Giant God Llama" at 18:37 is the most hilarious thing I've ever heard!😊💖

So we got Magikarp because Feesh, Sudowoodo because that Shiny appeared twice during JMCS2 and fraudulent tree, Wingull cuz John Michael WINGULL, Arceus because it appeared a lot cuz of his randomized evolving Pokémon too many Arceus, Reshiram because "Caw, Caw I'm a Reshiram", Skrelp because first Shiny Michael got on John's channel and he got immediately interrupted by an add, Sandygast the Pokémon John forgets, Eternatus because it's Eternamax Form caused a bit of trauma in JMCS1, and Sandy Shocks who he keeps naming it Sandy Cheeks

The thing I love most about you and Michaels, collaboration videos is you can truly feel the real authentic friendship that has been solidified over the years, and uh, to watch you guys go from where you started and how you guys were kind of learning each other's Motifs and things to now seeing how well and how Flawless, you guys work off each other. It's amazing Congratulations on the million. I can't wait to see so much more

John Michael wingull 😂😂😂

8:57 yep, regular Shiny for John, but Mikey getting one right after that felt so balanced😂

Mikey's "I don't wanna get you demonetized" with the deadpan expression was so funny 10:42
That and the egg incident

That Bubby plug is one of the best ad intros I've ever seen.
Congrats on 1M!

Mikey:  "I just found a shiny ---"

John:  "Whatever's goin on back there, not important.  What IS important is SHINY BUBBY!"

I love how each Pokemon is a reference

Magikarp-Feesh
Sudowoodo-John finding a bunch of them shiny
Wingull-John Michael WINGULL
Arceus-Godfish
Reshiram-Caw Caw I'm a Reshiram
Skrelp-Mikey's first SV shiny
Sandyghast-I forget
Eternatus-John losing a match because of Eternamax
Sandy Shocks-Sandy Cheeks

Damn that egg saga.
"You cannot encounter the egg."
"I encountered the egg."
"It is a shiny egg."
"The egg has disappeared."

"O...Ok...." o_O

Don't know why but that whole encounter with the random egg was hilarious. XD
