I like how Donald is so sad that no one's wearing his clothes, then he meets someone who's wearing his clothes and accuses them of copyright infringement

Holly is able to come up with meaningful lines like “Even a bad story is a story people tell each other” and then in the exact same scene say “What kind of weird guy lives in a house?”

18:18 Sora being a total chill, introspective dude for the whole episode and then suddenly copping an attitude and calling the mazes “gay and stupid” gave me such amazing whiplash. Holly’s improv is just immaculate.

The fact that Riku threw the log at Sora while saying it was food at 7:35, and then when the camera pans back to Sora, it's gone, and Sora says he's tired of eating that stuff, implies that he just gobbled that log in the 10 seconds. No wonder they were out of fresh food and water.

Whoever came up with those text boxes is a comedy genius. I love how Sora starts the sentence over again every time a choice is highlighted. Hilarious.

Oh my god, it just occurred to me that Sora's dream to become a CARDIOLOGIST is just a reference to the fact that keyblades heal people's hearts. That's genius.

I feel people are sleeping on
"They say dreams are prophetic"
"My mom says they're your brain working through stuff you've already seen, though."
"Have I seen this door?"
(Beat)
"I guess I'll see it later"
It's Sora reaching the conclusion that this dream must be prophetic because he hasn't seen stuff in it. I love the moment.

Donald accidentally copying sonic by saying “one” and then being like “wait hold on I didn’t mean to-“ is frying me

16:33 "Even a bad story is a story people tell each other" sounds like a line that would actually be in Kingdom Hearts. God Holly is a comedic queen

I love how Riku now has Sora's personality while Sora has a personality of a 50 year old man

i fucking love Mike's take of Leon literally just being. Him trying to be serious and stick to the game's actual script and everything despite all the fuckery going on

I love how Kairi has the slowass dainty run cycle despite the fact that she’s probably wearing the most sensible shoes in the entire game

“You are never going to see me again. Unless you find a really big key. And then, you are the most important man in my life.” crucial line

I love how trippy the dialogue in the beginning dream sequence was. Like how it all almost sounds coherent but is just nonsensical enough to be hard to follow.

There's something very funny about how sincerely Maleficent's lines are delivered. She's riffing off of the same inane bs that everyone else is, but so confidently declaring that all of this is playing into her master plan.

"How come I didn't pick up boundaries earlier?" comes back in a hilarious way later.

Most underrated bit of the fandub is Holly doing the "choosing between two options" bit for every dialogue box except for the one where the other option is "This island's full of weirdos"
