hear me out... terrarium build 🤔

I don't think I'll ever get bored of watching your modern builds

Off topic, but I noticed just now your smile is fully back and you look so pretty too 🥹❤️

You’ve built so many Barbie builds but not a Barbie fairy one! I need a Barbie fairy build deli! ❤

Imagine sitting in one of these rooms playing a video game while its raining!!! 🌧🎮😌

The fact that the mid-width dishwashers don't go in the end piece counters drives me INSANE.

i think you're right about the impeccable plaster colours??? i use that wallpaper to death and i've never seen that raspberry colour???

absolutely gorgeous build! i'm so in awe of your talent!

Hey deli, silent follower here. I no longer play the sims, but enjoy your videos. I just found out my dog has lymphoma cancer. Your video helped distract my mind even just for a few minutes. Thank you ❤

The best recent feature! I'm using them in every build. I just really badly wish there was a white swatch/frame for a more realistic lean to greenhouse ❤

Using the plaster wall before putting paint is part of what I now do for rags to riches. I start with paying for the base game drywall, then I have to earn enough to do the wall you used where they've plastered and then I can earn to paint. Makes it harder

Its giving the Cullens house. I LOVE the end result, so pretty

I’ve just noticed the labubus, omg!! 34:28 lol they are so many :D

"You should never walk into a bathroom and face a toilet." has stuck with me for all of my builds; not only in The Sims, but in all games that I build in!

For those Dream Home Decorator kitchen counters, when I don't want the angled piece for the end, I use the corner piece with the hand towel on it. I think it looks nice and it adds the towel component as well.

ok the roof design you used here is literally inspiring to me, the solution to have the glass roof overhang the steel a bit set upon an extended roof structure, i must say i find you & jame's modern designs fascinating, i honestly struggle horribly with modern design, the best i can do is a little blue suburban lol

I would highly suggest creating a boho glass house that can be lived in the beach/sea area! I so love what you did in this video and I'm excited how it would look on the beach!

Bio dome.  Basically building a big greenhouse over top of a smaller house, thereby creating your own temperature controlled eco house where you can grow plants year round.  Your electricity usage should be reduced in winter if you have seasons because your main house is protected by the outer greenhouse, not sure if it would work this way, I demolished my test setup before the first bills arrived and no one was living on the lot.   I tried before the glass walls update and even with the cheapest windows it got pretty pricey, but it might be more doable now.

54:00 "Or her and her or his and his or they and they."
I got such a delightful kick out of this haha.

Hey Deli!
Hope you're well.
I think this would be a fun idea.
You should try and build the "Goth" and "Barbie" house from Santa Monica, California. The outsides are very striking but the insides are pretty normal. I thought it may be fun to copy the outside but then furnish it to match exterior.

I love this landscaping. I feel like Ive gotten a lot better over the years (been playing since 2004) with the interior a lot bc I started watching other players as a teen xd  But landscaping is still a bit of a struggle for me to create something even close to this nice. Id love to live in this house <3
