1 egg
80g icing sugar
120g butter
1 tbsp cocoa
~250g flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
cinnamon to taste
Bake in a well preheated to 180C oven ~ 15-20 minutes.

2)Ввести часть муки, разрыхлитель.
3)Разделить на 2 части
4) 1.Меньшая
+Какао, +немного муки
2.Большая
+Мука
5)Убрать в холодильник на 10-15мин.
6)Светлое раскатать в пласт. Посыпать корицей.Свернуть в рулет.
Шоколадное тесто раскатать, положить рулет светлого. Свернуть.
Разрезать пополам,
осторожно растянуть вдоль. Сделать вилкой бороздки.
7)Охладить 20-30мин.
8)Нарезать на "полена"
9)180° 15-20мин.
10)Посыпать сахарной пудрой.
