I am a Japanese person who runs a sushi restaurant in Japan. Personally, I prefer eating fugu cooked—such as in hot pot or deep-fried—rather than raw (even though I own a sushi place!). Also, regarding the parts eaten, foreigners often prefer the milt (shirako) or skin over the meat itself. This is just my personal opinion, but I hope you find it helpful! Thanks for reading my comment all the way through! 😊 I used a translation tool to write this, so I apologize if there are any odd phrasings. 💦

I watched this right before having a breakfast on Saturday, gave a relief and some color, you guys are phenomenal

“Don’t worry, we’re not gonna eat this little guy.” Same guy that raised a chicken like his child for 50 days only to turn him into chicken nuggets😭🙏
