Mate leading with a deliberately poisoned pokemon against Gengar to avoid Hypnosis is f*cking brilliant

>Gives Togetic the Quick Claw
>"How do we speed tie the Miltank???"

Dude said “is it shiny” and I was staring at the slopoke trying to see because neither looks very different😂

"She is the legendary Elekid!"
"But why is it kinda green?"
"Because it's legendary.."

I think this is one of the coolest, like aesthetically pleasing looking groups of pokemon you've ever put together. I've always loved that about Gen 2 is that something about the designs of the pokemon mesh so well with gen 1 pokemon, and it makes the whole game just look so... cohesive. I love making a character in the Johto games

Johto probably had some of the best gift Pokemon

I actually just did this on my physical cartridge of Heart Gold, because there’s a little known NPC that gives you eggs for Wooper, Slugma, and Mareep around the first gym (if you give him a password that can be found on Bulbapedia) - absolute lifesaver. I did count the Red Gyarados and I don’t use level caps - but it was a fun experiment nonetheless.

Big shoutouts to Shuckie for moving heavy boulders

Drinking game; take a shot every time quick law procs and he claims it's a speed tie

Take a drink every time Smith says "ladies and gentlemen" in this video.

I did this by accident as a kid because I didn't know you pressed right on the item menu to find the balls...so I beat the game with just a Feraligatr and Togetic

The GBA music has so much nostalgia, the kanto gym leader music and champion themes went hard in general 2. 1:15:25

26:41 I haven't shouted with such intensity in a long while, probably EVER

"Well, GUESS WHAT?

Elekid is STRAIGHT!!"

You're not training Dratini in RBY/GSC because it's amazing the entire time. It's an investment for the future. Sacrificing a team slot for Dratini now, pays off later.

I think it was an epic finale against Red, beating him around 15 Levels lower than him. It also shows the power of strategy using TM Curse with the EventAttack Extremespeed on Dragonite.
I never used a Dragonite, because I personally don't like using PseudoLegends and Legends, but it was still fun to watch it.

Great job Smith, entertaining from start to finish. :D

ELEKID IS STRAIGHT!!😂😂😂

Would have been interesting to include game corner pokemon, it's not often that they're featured.

But can you  do this on  Crystal Legacy?😅

Thyphlosion (Thunder Punch) 🤝 Electabuzz (Fire Punch)

25:59 he forgot he had the Quick Claw
