Frank truly loved Don Rickles.....they were very close. Frank's closest associate for many years was Jilly Rizzo....his informal "body guard" and trusted friend.

Francis was good enough.❤

I justen listened to Vic. Nice smooth crooner voice, but relies on virbrato and not even close to Sinatra. Sinatra is on another level, with his phrasing, feeling, dynamics, accuracy, and creativity.

I've loved Frank Sinatra for over 50 years. IMO he was one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. I have at least 100 of his songs on my iPod today. I also like Vic Damone, Edie Gorme, Paul Anka, and Quincy Jones. I LOVE Tony Bennett too. I was SO lucky that my husband took me to Sinatra and Bennett live in the early 1980's. Those were two of the highlights of my whole life.

"Remember this never marry a singer" (Frank Sinatra) , to a young Debbie Renolds.

I disagree I think Steve Lawrence had every right to be there. Frank Sinatra gave Steve some of his music and told him I know how much this means to you so pass it on. Steve and Eydie opened for him on his diamond world tour.

Here in Atlantic City, late in his career there was a full page ad for an upcoming casino appearance Just a large picture of him on stage- a small logo and the words "SOLD OUT" How many entertainers can be advertised like that? <3
