There are currently approximately 1.3 billion smokers on the planet, and approximately 8 million people die annually from tobacco smoke, 1.2 million of whom are passive smokers. Волком выл, стиснул зубы и вперед.
В молитвах обращался к Богу за помощью, и Бог давал прозрение. Пользовался успокоительными, ходил, старался много физически работать. Не курю примерно 2 месяца, все равно тянет нет нет, в такие моменты смотрю мотивационные ролики.
Дай Бог каждому кто хочет бросить курить, терпения и понимания, что это зло!
Товарищи завидуют, а бросить не могут, хотя для того чтобы бросить , нужно лишь решение бросить.
Первые дни были самые легкие , на энтузиазме , даже мысли закурить не было.
А вот когда прошло 7-8 месяцев , стали появляться моменты неуверенности 🤣 , но было уже поздно , прошло слишком много времени !
Теперь даже в застольях с курящими приятелями равнодушно наблюдаю за тем , как вокруг меня все курят 😂😂, даже испытываю некоторое чувство превосходства над курящими😂 вот так вот ..
Бросайте , не пожалеете !
Один из лучших фильмов ,которые я видела...
Курила очень долго больше 20 лет ,эх как жаль денег и здоровья ...Бросайте ,люди,это гавно....
делаю вывод , месяц это ещё конечно мало но из плюсов-время проведения в тренажерном зале в миллион раз лучше и продуктивней , дыхание уже намного лучше , сердце лучше стало работать по ощущениям , желучдок тоже лучше стал всё переваривать , я очень горд и рад то что я отвязался от этой злой и не нужной привычки , если интересно залайкайте , я спустя пол года отпишу ещё. мне 28 лет.
