i love this piccolo version.  Putting brain over brawn when needed.  Should have had a total Madara moment with the block of Kachine metal.

Piccolo: "Impressive Lord Beerus, what do you plan to do about the second one?"

Beerus: "squish"

I gotta say, I love how Piccolo was written in this scene. He's definitely a genius, to an even greater degree than his Canon self.

The bit with Ginyu is the most Dragon Ball thing I’ve ever heard

Any what if that gives piccolo the respect he deserves is golden in my book. Great story!

One like for a great story

this is definetly the best what if I've watched. the voice acting, the interesting divergence from canon, Piccolo's Dragon-Warrior form, and more

I really liked your insight into the Afterlife lore. I loved those filler scenes in the Anime even though they aren’t cannon.

This was the first story I found by you. I'm so glad to see it in a complete story, came to watch after the stream today. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for the what if. Trunks being alive makes sense in DBZ as they show multiple timelines in the series itself.

Can't wait to see this. On my way to work, but listening before and will finish tomorrow

I'm the biggest fan of the badass dragon-like transformation from Piccolo in this excellent what-if series.

I love your take on having Goku learn how to be a proper husband to Chichi since in the original series, he was a deadbeat (mostly because of his Saiyan nature of course). Everyone gives Chichi too much hate, but they don't consider what it must be like to have Goku as a husband.

Nah that thumbnail is crazy CLEAN 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Your stories are so well written! I thought your story centered around Vampa was exceptional, but your ability to consistently and competently tackle and confront established narratives astound me.

Dude, love this series, always felt like alot of the DBz (yes, DB-z, done intentionally) characters/pas rivals were always left in the dust because of how ridiculously OP the Sayan race (and subsequent line-up of villains/enemies) were and it felt cruel t'wards the humans and namekians (and whatever Tien is) and especially Piccolo, which I always felt was a very interesting character story and development wise with alot of potential that never got truly exploited. Would love to see an original story line set in an alternate universe/future where now half-sayans, namekians, earthlings (and all the dinos and animal people and three eyed people) lived as a set-up for a new story with new characters, new sagas (and yeah, sure, why not, throw in the frieza race somewhere or make all the weird aliens we see through out the series more pro-active). That'd be cool.

Two clocks one house. 2 lines, one space. 2 sentences, one verse.

That piccolo form needs to be canon

3:37:08 Goku and Piccolo true rivals and true friends

I love how he goes out of his way to heart as many comments as he can (pls heart mine).
