If Clark had thought it through he would have realized that if Lois really didn’t love him she could have left the sensor on her finger and just answered no.

My god... the tension between these two in the elevator-scene or actually in almost every scene on Smallville! They really complement each other so well. Hard to believe they aren't a real couple in real life.

These two are terribly in denial. Each time they got close to admitting their romantic feelings for one another, one or both would chicken out. They gave each other the run around. I'm just glad they finally figured it out and got married.
