My hometown, its funny how St Pete was once the most affordable city in Florida. 10 yrs ago the average home was $150,000. Like a private paradise until the pandemic and what seems like the entire country suddenly discovered it.
Thank you for the video moving to Saint. Peet is actually a dream of mine. I’m coming from Seattle. I visited once and felt so at home. It was beautiful and the people were kind. Also, the food was smacking.
Thank you for sharing this video. You’ve actually been helping me decide where we will retire to in a year. It’s been a roller coaster because the realtors we’ve spoke with are supposedly not allowed to disclose any crime info. My parents used to vacation in St. Pete’s many years ago and I see some areas I recognize in this video. We are driving down in a few months to check out 55+ in Sun City Center and Parrish. Keep up these awesome and honest videos!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I lived on the point when first moving to Florida from Chicago. Spent a lot of time at that park by the water. It is very beautiful and quiet. There are a lot of home break ins though. Many of them in the day time when people are at work.
My mom went to Holy Cross Boarding school In St. Petersburg, Florida from 1St grade to 9th...Back then it was an all girls finishing school...She took us visit it a few times when we were little and to ride the Pirate ship when it came to town...St. Pete is beautiful...
