Gradi Esercito italiano: come funziona e quanto GUADAGNI davvero a ogni grado

From 19-year-old recruit to general: how each rank in the Italian Army works, and how much each step really earns, according to the official table. It starts at €1,397 gross per month, without a thirteenth-month bonus. There's a detail almost no one knows: in the basic salary items, a lieutenant with thirty years of service earns more than the second lieutenant who gives him orders.
In this video: the 2026 call for applications for 6,000 positions (a middle school diploma is sufficient), the 12 weeks of RAV (Rescue and Retirement Assistance Program) and the 15 days you can leave, what soldiers on Strade Sicure can and can't do, the competition to become a sergeant, the Modena Academy, this year's missions abroad. And why conscription in Italy hasn't been abolished, but merely suspended.

Bellissima esperienza
Peccato l’abbiano tolta
Un anno magnifico e mooolto intenso e duro
