I'm a boxer and what I really like about muay Thai is the way they spar. I know the real muay Thai fighters spar that way because they get beaten down every weekend but I really like this style of sparring generally. In boxing it seems to usually be a lot harder. I remember often times I'd agree to light sparring and then I take the first jab to the head and it's a power jab. Of course it's off to the races from there

First guy was very respectful when catching his leg his kick to other leg was very gentle as it should be in sparring

cool detail from superlek in the very first spar, at 00:51 he looks down and then up and then down and shoots baiting like hes gonna come in but the whole time he has his eyes looking up to see how he reacts and once he drops his hand to defend he throws the overhand.
Just insane the small ways that elite fighters force you into their game

Eu sou do Brasil e ha 6 meses venho pegando gosto pela arte marcial desenvolvida na Tailândia que é o muay Thai

Fenomenal esse sparring, limpo, leve e didático.

Essa naturalidade que tens ao derrubar o oponente quando recebe um chute vc faz parecer ser tão fácil só que sabemos que não é.
