monotonic makes a video about english spies in the 60s, first thing he does is offer tea. what a powerhouse

As someone who loves spy fiction, I hope this is the first of a series.

I'm not sure why, but it's the little details I loved here, like sugar beets as a source of sugar instead of cane sugar, his father's watch, his mother baking bread every day, etc. I enjoy the attention paid to character development.

Man is a spy, watch enthusiast, diver, musician, Poker player, and cook. Impressive work.

I am enjoying your channel so very much.  The sophisticated vocabulary, the creative storylines, the exceptional visual and audio quality, and best of all the timbre and pacing of your voice as an instrument.  Absolute ASMR perfection.  Thank you for sharing!

I've watched this five times already. Love spy fiction ! Many of the characters i've used to roleplay on public forums over the years were spies on duty or struggling to return to normal life.

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, ASMR

14:22 Turns Into Invisible Man .

Man this really scratches the ephemeral rift itch I've had since I stopped watching him.

It pains me that this isn't longer. Fantastic work as always, sir!

There's some real depth to this exchange, like a seed was planted to be followed up on at a later date.

coming back to say that the train ambience at the end is appreciated!!

This was honestly mesmerising! Probably my new favourite video of yours. It felt like I was listening to a monologue from Metal Gear Solid 😮

Hans Gruber.

I keep coming back to this video. The immersive scenario, the train ambience, the excellent script. I love the way you keep blathering on about things relevant, yet vague. My mind drifts in and out of sleep until the train ride is over and I am fully relaxed. Thank you sir!

Monotonic is the chillest dude ever! No way he ever blows his stack. I can't even imagine it

Nice to see Train Sim World on the channel again! Is that the West Somerset Railway route? It’s very nice, I’ve actually been to that railway myself… a magical place. And the seats in these British Rail Mark 1 carriages are superbly comfortable!

you could make a mean President Snow from Hunger Games not gonna lie.

this is like the first time ive gotten that asmr feeling this is fire
