No one will ever know my love for “reading in game encyclopedia ASMR” (found at least three including this so it’s practically a genre now right) but I kept having this thought of “dad can you read me the Pokémon handbook tonight, please”

PLEASEEE make more of these. i adore learning about pokemon and it puts me to sleep so well. obviously i don't expect you to find more vintage books like this lol, but honestly any pokemon handbook or information book would be amazing.

I thought about a video like this the other day actually. Reading through the pokedex is a golden idea

“Classy cat pokemon” just sounds so good whispered. Rolls off the tongue like butter, idk why but that hit me right in the ASMR bone 😂

I still have my old handbooks, lol. I remember I had the general handbook (which was a Barnes and Noble special that included Hoopa), the Alolan handbook, and the Galar handbook. I should totally read those again…

I still have my regular edition of that book from when I was a kid, and just recently bought the gen 2 one as well.
