I love that this goes the route of cooperating with the previous narrative and it's MC without weird plotting to steal all the power from them while trying to keep the story the same. Those ones always annoy me with the constant berating or demonizing of the other characters. I just want a new perspective on the same universe without hating on the characters I grew to care about.
