Harumasa has an updated ult since he got buffed. Astra has 2 ult animations if you cast it again quick enough. You can extend Lucia's ult if you hold a direction. Evelyn has the 2 ult animations, same as Astra. Koleda has 2 ults depending on whether Ben is on the team.

Just to give some grace to the stunners ults like trigger and lighter, since they’re stunners pretty much 100% of the time you use their ult its to trigger stun so that was probably kept in mind when designing a lot of their ults and the ultimate decision not to have much else happen afterwards because 9/10 times you wouldn’t be engaging with it

Stunners and Suppport characters Ultimates are usually short like that because theyre meinly to be sub dps support unlike Attacker rupture and anomaly are much longer
