the cops in the first story when she says im his wife: 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬

Something we miss from the first story is the guy says he cut it off because he realized the drug use was bad or getting bad - not because he felt awful for cheating or financially taking care of this woman and her kids, not because of the sneaking out in the middle of the night almost every single night and continuely lying about it and going straight to his marriage bed and sleeping like a BABY, not when his wife went and slept on the couch she was so upset - he cut it off because the drugs and would have most likely never told his wife except the cops showed up and said it first.

“Don’t worry about it.” Isn’t An Answer.

Saying your friend who you’ve helped through the love of their life dying is your “broken project” is insane behavior

Leaving an ad break in the edit is wild.

the last story "she must have been a looker in her younger years"  like come on, your boss is 38. She is still young.... Just because she is not in her 20s anymore doesnt mean she is not young

The amount of pure euphoria and ecstasy that pulsed through my body when shayne said the husband was on her porch CRYING HIS EYES OUT talkin bout "😭IM NOT A CREEP. TELL HER IM NOT A CREEEP😭"

What you guys aren’t factoring into the story about B is that you have NO idea what she told her fiancé - she might have told him that the OP had seduced her & that’s why he arrived angry & said “why did you have to steal her from me?” You’re assuming B wasn’t deliberately enraging her fiancé to create a scenario where she had to be ‘rescued’

It's always frustrating when someone  makes a statement to their partner that just screams "I'm only with you because I don't think I can snag the person I really want".

THE FIRST STORY:

"I'm his WIFE."
The cops: ". . . . Oh no. Oh no. Oh lord. Someone help that man. Also us. Help. 😬"

Am I the only one that thought the commercial was an actual commercial like I clicked the skip button and everything

Trevor’s 8-ball invite joke absolutey killed me and I completely understand what he means 😂

“I think we’re soulmates…”
….
“Cousin! Let’s go bowling!”

11:12 btw, there are two more updates following this story - OP did eventually start a relationship with Bree and they got married.

i have snuck out since i was 5 to walk around at night. This is still a thing for me, sometimes I just go out and walk around the city at night. Sometimes I would be gone 4-5 hours. This was my escape. Its ingrained in me now. But, this seems so off, when you say, dont worry about it- I kinda saw the cheating coming on the reddit- cause his attitude was just "whatever, dont worry" - so sad that he basically had another family he was supporting. INSANE

As a victim of a cheater, that first red flag was crimson. Don't worry about it. That's dismissal, which is never the proper response to concern in a relationship. If you get a response like this, maybe with some gaslighting like "you're overthinking" or "overreacting", that is a liar/manipulator's response. It's not a sign or a clue, it's a diagnosis and it means they're lying to you. We don't see it at first because honest people want to trust their partner, even when they're clearly being suspicious. We have too much trust and they take advantage of it.

Timestamps:

0:00 - My (30f) husband (34m) keeps sneaking out in the middle of the night
10:57 - AITA, My friend told me she loves me 4 weeks before her marriage
30:31 - My (26) husband (m29) is obsessed with my boss (f38) and it’s all my fault

the nerve of this guy to say that she initiated their separation like yeah dude maybe because YOU were obsessed with her boss 🤦‍♀️ thankfully she didn’t lose her job at the end

Bree was totally in love with OP waaaaay before she moved to his new city. I think she already had feelings for him when they were growing up/in college together. Even though Bree attended OP's wedding, their friendship became significantly strained and fractured for years afterwards. Bree only came back into OP's life after finding out about his wife's death. I'm not saying Bree hated OP's wife, but she was uncomfortable with their relationship to the point of losing her friendship with OP over it. That suggests she might have been jealous. No one goes from zero to soulmates after reconnecting with an old friend after a few short months. Bree's likely been in love with OP for years 🤔

If someone you know is being cheated on, you tell them. Period. That's like seeing someone getting pickpocketed and going "well its none of my business."

The guy that said only losers go for younger women, while actively being with a younger woman...
