Ric I am one of those "Certified Personal Trainers." My training offered me the science behind some of what I am doing, but it does come even close to giving the type of knowledge that you possess. If I chose to ignore your teaching and wisdom then I would be naive and ignorant. So much is done for the sake of being unique and novel in personal training today. We are getting away from the basics. I want you to know that I am listening and I cherish the information that you provide on your channel.

I showed a friend basic lifts at a gym, for free, where we were both members. I was later approached by management and told I can't do that anymore.

Got the book...your workouts improve but more than that you also get perspective. You start to see just how many folks are wasting their time in the gym.
