August was quite the month for me! Despite being much busier than usual, I managed to read 8 books including two short novellas, two rereads, and four new-to-me books.

In this reading journal update, I’m catching up on my August reading, decorating some review spreads, updating my yearly trackers, and setting up my September pages. I’ll also share a little life update and talk about how an unusually busy and emotional month influenced my reading and the books I chose.

It was definitely a month full of ups and downs, so I’m looking forward to turning the page and starting fresh in September. 💕
