"What are you going to do about your tummy?" Words hurt, and not just on that day, sometimes a lifetime.

"No makeup, wears glasses" bride was so gentle and cute, and not picky at all. The dresses she tried looked gorgeous on her. Her family, on the other hand, was so mean to her that it was painful to watch.

that entitled mom quibbling over 250 bucks..."they should have TOLD us the price would go up after we cancelled it"....WTF?!!!!

@gordaroo 1 year ago

The bride who came for 1specific dress, maybe a phone call to see if they had it, instead blamed Kleinfelds.

The cancelled dress was TOTAL entitlement. She canceled the order. End of story. She's fortunate the store did what they did. TRY that at a restaurant or car dealership or ANY other clothing store. They would literally dismiss you. Prices change...just like your mind changed about the dress.

Bride with her only sorority sisters were disrespectful & obnoxious...
This is a place of business....

The older bride i literally wanted to cry for her. Honestly i hope her husband doesn't treat her the way her family does. It doesn't matter that the girl is a wedding photographer or if it was a consultant. It was her decision and no one really cared about that as i saw.

"wow, I wish they had told us that before we cancelled the dress" - gross. rude. entitled. rude. RUDE.

Older bride’s sister thinking she’s an expert because she’s a photographer LOL. She’s obnoxious

Cancelling the dress was 100% on the bride and her mother. The mothers pressuring and attitude were horrid. Sorry Prices change based upon costs, not whim.

How in the world is it Kleinfeld’s fault if they don’t carry a dress?! They can’t possibly carry “every dress” as you do blithely put it. This is on you for assuming. Next time maybe call first and check before you start throwing blame around.

Those sorority girls were rude and disrespectful to everyone. They need to grow up and learn at least basic manners.

The bride who cancelled her dress should realize the dress will cost more a YEAR LATER

Mom cancelling and then being annoyed is a bit much

Alot of people may not agree with me. But, if you don't have a budget of at least 5,000 dollars, you shouldn't even go somewhere like Kleinfelds. It just brings stress and disappointment. Be creative. Stick to what you can afford and in the long run, you'll be so much happier. Another money saving tip is never ever buy your veil in a bridal shop! The mark-up is over 500%. Go to a fabric store and make your own. Lace is dirt cheap. And every craft store carries headbands, crystals, silk flowers and every other material anyone can think of to make a beautiful veil.

First bride was shown the most unflattering dresses.

@MSerhasNOfilter 1 year ago

That mother thinking she shouldn’t pay the adjusted price for a dress they cancelled months before? Kleinfelds was supposed to tell them when they cancelled that the price may go up - because they don’t have two brain cells between them to understand inflation? Pathetic.

@joyfuljaj 1 year ago

47:28 why should a store tell a customer returning an item that they wouldn't be guaranteed to come back and get that item that they have decided they do not want at the same price later? Now, when she came in to shop again, they should have verified her budget and not pulled the dresses above her budget.

The bride who came with 8 people I'm surprised that when they book the appointment staff don't say how many people are allowed to join you.
I hate that they called her "plain Jane" They seemed very spiteful even the mother commenting on her tummy. This day should be a joyous day not one where she's being put down by everyone.
