The 13th installment of our travel series
Day two: Shikoku Karst!
Driving along the scenic road known as the "Road in the Sky" and the "Switzerland of Japan,"
I've seen it countless times on Instagram and YouTube. 😊
I thoroughly researched the road to Shikoku Karst, lol.
I chose a route that avoided narrow roads as much as possible,
and this road was absolutely wonderful.
And when I actually drove through Shikoku Karst...
You can probably tell from my reaction in the video, lol.
It was completely different from what I saw in the video. I was simply blown away by the overwhelming scenery.
The staff at Karst Terrace taught me all sorts of things,
which allowed me to enjoy the magnificent scenery even more.

After that, we took the Shimanami Kaido to the mainland.
It was an amazing drive, crossing nine islands over ten bridges.
The seaweed salt gelato I had along the way was also amazing. 👍🏼
On the way back, we drove straight on the highway to Kitakyushu.

I hope you enjoyed the scenic roads of Shikoku Karst.
