Hiya lovely's 💕 This is not a keeper for me as its just too big and  so unfortunately the 2 videos I have up using it are all there will be sorry if this disappointed anyone take care and happy cooking 💜x

A very honest overview, I like your style of not rushing to give your opinion.
The bottom element heat output is so low, I'm was not expecting it to make a significant difference.

I've also seen a video by Candid Clara where she mentions heat bleed when testing the temperatures when the divider is in the machine.

I am a fan of Cosori but I expecting the crisper plates to be ceramic coated for the non sale price of £289 price! I look forward to seeing more of your in-depth videos of this air fryer👍👏

Thank you lindz for the information as were thinking of purchasing one.
Stay well my lovely.xxx❤❤.

Thanks Lindt’s ❤️😊

That’s a surprise Lindz! Perhaps try things you’d normally turn like steak/chops/bacon? See if the bottom elements cook the same as the top? In theory food should cook quicker and with minimum or no turning ? Looking forward to more testing of this airfryer. Thank you for showing us!

Great video lindsey i have the dual blaze and love it i also have the cosori pressure cooker wich is amazing you will love this ❤

I love mine and I live on my own 🎉

Excellent video and am truly surprised by the result - was expecting the Bake Jobbies to be superior.
Could you consider doing a Roast versus Air Fry video ?? ... because it's driving me nuts xxxx

Informative as always, thanks😊

Hi Lindz, great video hun! I have an air fryer oven (added to the collection a few months back lol), its different but not if that makes sense. It has the bottom and top heating elements, large cooking area, fan is at the top, same set up as your cosori I think. Mine is a Hysapientia though (I wanted a window and a rotisserie)... Anyhoo  the bottom elements mean you get evenly distributed heat/cooking so you shouldnt have to turn food items much if at all. Bought mine predominantly for baking bread and cakes. Eg; large Banana bread cooked in 2lb loaf tin at 140°c for 55mins, Sandwich bread loaf in 2lb tin 175°c for 30mins. Its been an absolute game changer for my baking because the smaller size you havent got cold spots, its like cooking in a dutch oven almost. Try cooking chicken to get a better idea of the bottom elements, pies or make your own pizzas maybe Youll soon see the difference, less faffing. They're great. I dont use mine daily but i bake our bread twice a week in it, make pizzas at 240°c in 7mins. I wouldnt be without it. Im looking forward to seeing what culinary delights you do in it in the future. You like baking so i imagine once you get to grips with it you will love it 😊 sorry for the long post 😬

Just got ours today, only 2 of us but we like to batch cook like large cottage pies and lasagne etc. also will be great for roast dinners cooking the potatoes in with the meat.
Thank you for a great video. All the info i needed.

Be awesome if Cosori copied Duronics idea that they have with theirs in that they offer both the single large drawer with divider but also an additional two single drawers that fit the fryer, giving you many options.   Use the single 10l drawer without divider for a big dinner all in one,  use the single 10l drawer with divider to give two 5l baskets when cooking two different things on either side,  or remove the single 10l  drawer altogether and use the provided 2 single 5l drawers in the fryer. This is excellent because actually there are many reasons, many situations to as why two single drawer baskets are far better and more useful than the single 10l drawer with it´s divider in place to give two 5l baskets.   So yea hopefully Cosori either release a twinfry with massive 10l basket and divider but also two single 5l drawers like Duronic does, or alternatively for us who already own the twinfry, sell two 5l drawers/baskets that fit this model as an additional extra.

1) If you wish to cook something small and only use one side of this twinfry, it does not matter, you are going to have to wash up, take out and deal with the entire 10l big drawer regardless.
2) If you have something one side you wish to check up on by pulling the basket out and just generally deal with but the other side with what ever is cooking there, you do not wish to disturb. You have no choice, you have to open the entire 10l drawer, losing heat both sides just to deal with the single one side you wanted to.
3) If you wish to shake one side, yea top and bottom heat illiminates the need to do this with almost everything but not everything and that is key, again you cannot just shake that one side with the twinfry, you need to open the entire thing and shake the entire thing.   Not an issue most times but if you have delicate fish one side and chips that stick and need shaking, or something else, the fish is going to cause an issue with being able to do that as you need to shake that as well.
4) The large drawer with divider cooking both sides at a different tempreture,  gives heat loss, sometimes up to 25 degrees on one side which again is not massive but actually with some things, it can be. There is always heat loss, if you use one side at 200 and one at 140, the 200 will register at around 175 to 185 and the 140 will vary too. With single stand alone drawers, this will never happen.

They are some reasons and there are more too that two single drawers are great or even better than the 10l single large drawer with divider but of course it is also great to have the massive single drawer to use for big altogether dinners!  So yea, if cosori release the twinfry with an additional two single drawers supplied with it, or two singles that fit it, id buy either like a shot as the twinfry is just an insanely awesome fryer.  The only way round it is to buy a stand alone single fryer and own the twinfry too, using mass counter space and not really productive solution, ort use silicone baskets inside to try and avoid having to clean the large 10l drawer when you only use one side, but I do not like them much. Sadly even though duronic offer two single drawers as well as the large 10l drawer with divider,  cosmetically/visually the fryer looks horrible, to bold and cheap looking and the brand I do not have trust in or know, but their idea is great for the reasons I said, I think personally anyway

Great review, loved it,  I have not owned this fryer long but oh my god, it is so sexy and I love it lol

Hi Lindz, be great to see comparison of cakes and pies cooked in the dual blaze and ninja AF400. Ideally struggle with my AF 400 getting the bottom cooked. Though i noticed your toad in hole video you did sausages at 240 max crisp so when you put batter in the pans were good n hot TY for effort you put into this

Anything made with pastry, to see how the bottom cooks please. I watch and enjoy your vlogs from New Zealand

Hi lindz  .just watched to support you.... good piece of kit and well demonstrated. To big for us two oldies. Couldn't see any difference in either cake
But let's see as you demonstrate more .take care young lady ..shan and dave...

Definitely try chips

Thanks Linzy, for the Video its good as ever. I  thought because it has such a large volume, how would it  manage a whole Duck for Christmass. Just a thought.🤔💭

I have the dual blaze I take plate out par boil potatoes put oil in bottom put on roast and every week my chicken and roasties are perfect I have this one as well just love them so will you 😊

i look forward to seeing what other stuffs you might attempt. Be interesting to push the limits, maybe a full on Sunday Roast with cake for afters... you have the skills to push it hard.

Thank you Lindz for the review, I always enjoy your videos. Maybe there will be a difference between air fry and bake if you bake a bigger cake...I don´t know. Some one said the Dry function is very handy if you  need to keep food warm for a bit.
