man, seeing whisper and silver like this ....hurts.
two of fav characters

In my opinion, Whisper deserves little to no blame, given that she was right about Mimic and did try to tell Silver to be patient and only acted out because Lanolin wasn't listening to her

The lanolin hate arc is one of the memories I wish I forgot and it being voiced acted makes this moment hard to watch, IT MADE ME FEEL SOMETHING than just actually reading the comic.

I’m seeing alot of Lanolin hate, and after this, I’m starting to see why. I’m gonna go on a limb and defend her on a few things. Remember, Lanolin is a brand new leader and very inexperienced at this point and it shows, especially since their last battle with Eggman. Yes she is butting heads with the rest of the Diamond Cutters but remember, Lanolin doesn’t see what we the audience see, that the new guy is Mimic. I think frustration truly stems not from Lanolin herself but from the fact the story is written in a way that the readers are pretty to what’s really going on while the characters in universe are left in the dark.

I will critic Lanolin on a few things though. They need to be more selective of who they let into the Diamond Cutters. And when accusations of a traitor in their own ranks is brought up there really should be some investigation into the matter and not just blindly deciding to just cast all warnings away. Maybe if they’d done backround checks on all recruits. But again I’ll chalk this up to inexperience, for now.

I haven’t seen a fight between a sheep and a wolf this fierce since “Ringing Bell”

Heh! That brief Sonaze moment was peak. Also... CORBY'S. CUBBY. KEEPS. WINNING!! 🗿

Jake's voice for Mimic is absolutely CHILL-INDUCING, and is a lovely contrast with Micah's Duo! The switch up is so damn menacing and all the editors did SPLENDID, outstanding job with the sound as always Corby! Everyone should take a bow for this upload, perfection!

Love how the writers give us a brief Sonaze moment before immediately giving us Silvaze. Even had the title character himself ship it.

Wait a minute, this episode is a double-issue special? Hurray!

0:28- I wonder what game those wispon are playing in the bottom-left corner?

1:24- I really approve Silver working with the group over Duo/ Mimic trying to sabotage it again.

3:06- It's a beautiful thing to watch karma hit Mimic immediately after trying to sabotage a teammate.

4:13- Mimic, there was no one nearby to help you. Lanolin & Tangle & Whisper were occupied dodging the giant falling rocks.

4:34- Lanolin, I really like your character. However, Silver is unable to improve himself if the factor holding him back is a teammate that is sabotaging him.

8:39- Oh cool, a bio card for Lanolin!

10:04- I see that Silver has already forgotten the advice of 'gathering evidence before informing the team about the infiltrator'.

11:37- I think I have an idea of what happened here. Mimic took on the form of a Restoration member that worked in the background. When the situation got dicey, Mimic disappeared into the crowd and swapped to another form when he was out of sight of Silver & Whisper.

12:19- Hold on a moment, Duo wasn't a member of the Diamond Cutters yet. He was in trial mode, so why is she being so protective of someone that had not demonstrated their worth to the team yet?

17:16- Blaze & Silver seem to have a great chemistry for a beautiful friendship.

Thanks for the double-issue dubbing special, Corby's Cubby!
