Great narration..
Just one question.. the voice seems to be very low.. I dont have stable volume option in my device, even at 80% of my speakers, it sounds like 30-40% from other channels..

Just starting, but its already great. Good job with the script, blissfully light on the AI slop. Its in there for sure, but clearly work was put in to minimize it. Good voice and the story flow isn't dragged down by thousands of useless adjectives. Honestly really good. If there were fifty more like this, I would watch them all ❤ Edit: gave up after 6 hours. Story was too slow, was bored several times. Braindead assault on stronghold was the last thing I could bare to watch. So poorly written.

I can't stand the way the author handles the main character's new life. His entire mindset boils down to avoiding any relationship with a woman because he assumes they're all out to use or betray him.
I could at least understand his attitude toward the red-haired woman at first. She came across as insincere, manipulative, and fit that stereotypical personality that's hard to trust. Even after she later showed genuine sincerity, I still don't think she was the right choice for him. But that's beside the point.
What really annoys me is how the author presents the main character's behavior as some incredible display of resolve. It's just another example of taking every emotional conflict to an absurd extreme, which, to me, feels more like a lack of writing talent than meaningful character development.
It's frustrating because it would've been far more interesting to see him build a relationship with someone he could actually rely on. We already know he genuinely cared about the other woman in his previous life, yet now he decides to avoid every woman altogether? That doesn't feel like natural growth. It feels inconsistent with everything else he changed after getting a second chance. He actively works to rewrite his fate in every other aspect of his life, but this is somehow the one thing that's completely off-limits?
To me, that's not convincing character writing. It feels like the author simply didn't want to deal with writing a romance or a meaningful relationship, so instead he disguised that decision as part of the protagonist's "iron resolve." I don't buy it. I think the much simpler explanation is that the author took the easy way out and then tried to make it sound like it was a deliberate personality trait. That's what I choose to believe.
