Here's a quick summary for Nepolabo :
Botan : in this scenario, Botan is in her maiden-mode. Nene tells her about this 'kiss or be kissed' stream. Botan then guesses she'd be the one kissing but Nene says "bzzzt wrong answer" then smooch which makes Botan face go red.
Polka : Polka is the type who reads the mood and would go for a kiss when the atmosphere is perfect. If Nene kisses her, it would end up feeling like a joke instead. So Nene wants to make the perfect situation for Omarun to kiss her.
Lamy : based on true story, Lamy has kissed Nene before when she was drunk so Nene wants to be the one kissing her next time. That drunk kisses story then was confirmed by Lamy herself on her stream yesterday and apparently it has happened more than 2 or 3 times.

"No Mom don't look! It's embarassing! So anyway.."

Impressively delusional

I love how embarrassed she sounds the whole time.

Putting Matsuri in "want to kiss" side is the best decision she made.

Half her reasoning goes to "in doujin there's a trope..."
She's too far gone.

It's like Laplus's freak ass tier list, but significantly less uncomfortable to witness

I love how obsessed she is with the idea that everyone's horns/kemonomimi/tails are very sensitive.

Nene barely even flinches when she notices her mum is watching this. That is true power.

I love it when Nene laugh "Ohoho~" when she fantasized the scenario in her head😂

nene comes up with her own fanfictions ww i love it when holomems just sort each other in random categories like that (miosha's graph with tsukkomi-boke and laplus's oneesan tierlist), super entertaining x)
thanks for the translation !!

The poor HR rep at Hololive must just live at the office.

Lmao Nene nailed that Kanade slow speaking

THIS IS LORE NOW. NO takesies-backsies

I wonder if Mamachi just tuned in to the stream when she sent that or she had been watching/listening the entire time and be like 'okay I've had enough'

Nene's delusions are frickin' hilarious. lmao

妄想がすごい…

This is interesting because Nene often puts herself in the dominant position in these. Like wanting cool beauty suisei to initiate instead of her initiate, but wants to be the one with power over the more assertive ones and like Matsuri and make the first move.

The most surprising thing about this, is that nene didn't make this sooner. 😂

Looks like Okayu took Nene's format literally and is doing  her own version
