My brother died suddenly aged 29, which hurt me bad, he was also my friend.
My wife died aged 31 from Cancer and all of a sudden I became a widow and a single parent and angry.
I never gave up and I showed my children the way.
But then Depression hit me many years later.
My recovery started through talking, and then I found the gym which became a big part of my therapy, and still is.
Lift... Push... Pull... Curl... intensity and exertion, feel good and feel at peace.
God bless everyone suffering x

I can relate to this... I used to suffer from chronic depression for years, I honestly dont know how survived taking my own life.. The GYM saved me, I started lifting and as I got stronger physically so did my mental... fast forward to 2023, I am ridiculously strong physically and mentally on my way to reaching my first 7 figures. Life is FUCKING AWESOME.. The Iron Saved me..

Milo knows his stuff. The way he pushes his athletes in the lift is awesome. He knows from experience but also he knows how the game has changed and how to develop his athletes

I don't know much about the gym, but was stationed in Bosnia as a soldier, when the "war" was there, so i know a little about commitment and endurance, i love these kind of videos, makes my ptsd go away. Keep em coming please.
