I just got to heal a world ranked tank, and the key felt easy. Not because of his damage, but because of everything I didn't have to do.
I healed a +17 Ruby Life Pools with Skylark tanking, on a Resto Druid I haven't played this season, with no healing gear, and we timed it. In this one I break down what he actually did differently from the average pug tank: staying self-sufficient so my cooldowns went to the DPS, adapting the route when he saw me struggling, covering overlaps with his own utility, and pacing the run to the group instead of to himself. Also why even a legendary tank can't carry a key alone, and why every tank main should try healing.
