Hey y'all, hope you're doing well!! We are Legion:)

fun fact: in the merch store, Red guy is called "the slayer", yellow guy is called "the yellow one", and duck ia called "animal character", the fact and implications the red guy is called the "slayer" disturbs me.

I've been rewatching the series with my girlfriend because she never knew it existed. Duck has always been my favorite but I just now realized how he's simultaneously the most rational and aware of the bullshit going on while also easily being the most delusional

my favorite thing about this show is the way it’s just open ended enough that lots of different people (myself included) can feel like it understands them, but it still communicates its central themes and story in a way that’s digestible despite having so many unanswered questions and hidden details. even without being able to summarize the story of dhmis exactly, the viewer can still understand what it’s saying, even if only in a subconscious way

I head cannon that the welt on Yellow’s shoulder is from his dad. Yellow says "I’ve got a job." I think that his dad said "you need a job" then hurt him.

Me: I'm about to go to bed.

1 millisecond later: Daniel Profeta uploads a 1 hour and 40 minute video 😫

22:55 i think this implies that it was actually the real duck that ends up dying at the end of the episode. if the entire premise is the cast going through the stages of grief in reverse, then it makes sense that the actual reason for the grief, ducks death, happens at the end of the episode rather than the beginning

DHMIS dropping a video a couple days before this one is a weird coincidence but I'm here for it.

I think I said this before on another analysis video, but to me, the TV show feels like a kid's show for broken kids. Like those of us who grew up in broken homes or dealing with/witnessing abuse, where you try to watch things that 'normal' kids watch, but the morals and lessons never seem to really match up with what you know about the world. It feels sanitized, like you're being lied to. So the DHMIS TV show is sort of like trying to explain the world to a child that is far more cynical than a child should be, who knows that the world is not perfect and distrusts the vibrant colors and upbeat voice acting of other kids shows; while also still being a child and therefore with much to learn about life.

Just went into my annual DHMIS phase. Thank you for a movies length of new content!

1 hour 40 minute video has given me the strength to finish a drawing ive been working on for weeks, and for that I thank you very very much

My favourite youtuber and musician? Talking about my favourite show? Again? Been kind of sad today but this 100% brightened my mood

"What's inside the house is far more terrifying than what's inside the house"

Look, their names are Red Guy, Yellow Guy, and Duck and it hurts my brain when you call them other things

Well this is how I found out about the new website! Also awesome, I love your analysis videos on the series.

I learned about DHMIS when it was name-dropped in a WTNV fanfic by Cecil as the alleged, "comforting puppet show we all watched as children to learn about how the world works," or something to that effect. And frankly.... it is the most inspired headcanon a fanfic author has ever put forth.

DHMIS is the Sesame Street of Night Vale, and I will accept nothing less.

I just realized that when Daniel states that the clay moves by itself using dark magic could be a reference to Gravity Falls when they gang visits the creator of a Claymation movie they just watched, and the guy says that he used black magic to make the figures move on their own.

When you said you wanted Jack Stauber to collaborate with DHMIS I felt a true connection 😊

black magic to create clamation. I can sniff a gravity falls reference from a mile away

I remember when don’t hug me I’m scared 2 dropped and I stumbled upon your videos and binged watched all of the available ones you have and subscribing
One of the best decisions, this is one of my favourites channels
