I think it is likely that his aunt/cousin was a Hunter. That is the woman who saves his mother and sister when we see the first hunters at the beginning of the film.

That’s really crazy!! Every theory talks about how Mystery is Mira’s brother because of the matching earrings and the backstory but this with Jinu and missing father his father having the same bipa is insane

i think that jinu is half demon half hunter just like rumi first of all the honmoon shined when he started singing FREE with rumi and second he is the onley demon with normal black human hair and the onley one with feallings cuz remember in the movie the girls said that demons dont have feillings but half demons like rumi and jinu they do. Am i right?

It's crazy how the movie creators can just see this and be like "oh snap we can't do this now" or the opposite

Something else I just noticed on my 583rd rewatch LOL is that during the song free right before they show his demon eyes in the mirror you can see the hon moon is glowing next to him as he's singing Jinu is actually putting energy into it during that song!  That also explains as to why he doesn't hear his voice after! I definitely think there's some things missing here And I think that Zoe is the tortoise but this is the most sound theory I have seen so far! And I'm so here for  It!
