This is the same recipe I've made in my kitchen for years, the way it's made in most Gujarati and Rajasthani homes — soft, grainy, and full of ghee ka pyaar.

Mohanthal is one of Lord Krishna's favourite bhog sweets, and there's something so special about making it at home with your own hands instead of buying it from the shop.
