Thirty years ago, my grandparents lived healthy, active lives well into their late 80s—without going to the gym or taking supplements.
What kinds of habits did they have?

I’m a 50-year-old homemaker living in Japan. After experiencing several health issues and learning to listen to my body, I gradually began returning to the traditional lifestyle my grandparents had followed so naturally.

In this video, I’ll share the healthy habits I continue to practice—from drinking warm water in the morning, to eating traditional Japanese meals based on “Mago wa Yasashii,” doing yoga and Radio Taiso, and relaxing in a hot bath.

This is a record of the small, everyday habits rooted in Japanese life—habits that don’t require a gym or any special equipment.
