Thank you, thank you! Bought a kit at the Exeter show and had been really struggling with getting started….watching this is fantastic and can now craft along with it!! ❤

Thank you I found this from your news letter, I would love more videos I found this so easy to follow as like many people I am better with visual than reading the  pattern but now the pattern for the kits I bought from you now make sense, I’m digging my basket project out now!! Keep going with these thank you

Thanks for this, I bought a kit at the Harrogate show and this shows me so clearly how to get started.

Just finished my first one and am very happy with it . The only thing is mine comes in more at the top and I assume it is because I crochet tightly although I had to crochet more loosely than i normally would to be able to work with the cord .

Would be great to see how to change colours to make stripes.  Also you don't show it but how do you trim the original tail after you tightened the magic ring? or was it meant to be crocheted in?

What size hook did you use? Also you might want to announce that you are using EU terms and not the US terms It will help stop confusion.

How do I do if I want a slightly wider base? When I continued with a circle of two double crochets in each stitch it became very wobbly.

Could you make another video like this using a pale coloured yarn. It’s hard to see what you are doing as the yarn is so dark. As a novice the terminology is a bit mystifying
