Just how good are these low powered strobes? I think they are pretty dang good. For years I've made good use of the 600Ws strobes. However, the last 6 months have made it perfectly clear to me, I don't need all that power.
Recently I've been using 100Ws strobes and speed lights and now, I get the opportunity to test out the Godox AD100 Pro II.
This little light packs a big punch and when paired with the right gear, time of day, and or course two beautiful models, it's difficult not to see how good this little light can be.
Remember, it's important to know your gear, when to use it, and how best to get the results you want with it. I wouldn't take this light out to compete with the sun, just like I won't take a 600Ws strobe to shoot nighttime portraits.
